Apiana Fiano

Grosset Apiana Fiano is grown on a very stony patch along the eastern boundary of Grosset's Rockwood Vineyard (ACO certified organic) in the Clare Valley.

The wine is a blend of two different clones of the southern Italian variety Fiano. The winemaking is gentle, uncomplicated and unhurried; the intention is to showcase the variety and its vineyard. It is bottled unfined.

Golden straw, Grosset Apiana Fiano has expressive aromatics with concentrated fruit flavours and a crisp, dry finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
